Why should you work with me?
My mission has always been to support others by sharing practical tools, insights, and mindful practices that help people reconnect with themselves and live with more clarity and meaning.
After starting my career in the corporate world, I became a successful international businesswoman by the age of 25 ā with a comfortable lifestyle in Amsterdam, surrounded by great friends and family.
But despite all outward success, something felt missing. I began to explore a deeper sense of purpose and personal growth.
That path took me to a small town in the northern valleys of Thailand, where I immersed myself in silent meditation retreats, mindfulness training, and movement-based practices. I also studied mind-body techniques such as tapping and breathwork, and worked closely with traditional wellness practitioners.
Returning to the UK, I felt a deep calling to share what I had learned. These practices brought me more balance, focus, and resilience ā and I wanted others to have access to the same.
In 2017, I published Journey To Your Soul Purpose, and in 2022 I opened The Wellness Barn in Marlow ā a welcoming space for relaxation, reflection, and growth.
Today, I offer mindful retreats, courses, and teacher training that support people from all walks of life to find greater peace and presence ā both online and in person.
